Seoul Oriental Market

When I lived in Springfield I would shop at Seoul Market for all of my Asian food and products such as Kimchi, Mung bean sprouts, wooden eating spoons, etc....always had fantastic service from the workers.

Amazing shop with so many options you can’t get anywhere else. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are all so friendly! I was pleasantly surprised they had exactly what I came in for and much more!

It's a great store! I'm assuming some employees have bad days so I'm not going to stress it but bad interaction with one of them. My brother walked by a step ladder (slightly brushing it) and it fell over. He picked it up and walked over to me in the aisle. A few seconds later, the employee walks past saying "please don't mess with my store". I figured she was making a joke, so I chuckled a bit. Then she said "it's not funny" then walked away. Not a big deal, but definitely rude especially when what happened was not seen. Automatically assuming we were messing with the store is silly. Everyone has bad days though, so nothing against her! They have a pretty good selection, ranging from snacks to meals!

Such a variety of foods located here and always a unique experience culinarily where I am able to expand my culture and learn about popular flavors and foods on the other side of the world!

My mother is Korean, but I don't know Korean. Beth and Emily were unbelievably helpful. I had my mother on speaker phone and they were able to figure out what products she was wanting. This is the kind of customer service is above and beyond their duties.
